Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor based in Bristol to start immediately for this family-run business

This role is paying £60,000 

This role has arisen due to company expansion and our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager.

You will be responsible in monitoring the costs incurred during construction projects ensuring that the project achieves the budgeted profit.. You'll ensure applications for payment are robust, accurate and timely to minimise the cash held in work in progress. You'll build strong internal relationships as well with clients and suppliers that reflect our reputation for high-quality products and services.

Valuation

Payment Management

Risk Analysis

Variations

Sub-contractor Management

Reporting

The role is based in Bristol and would be starting in January.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Salary: Up to £60k

Essential: A degree in quantity Surveying or commercial management accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), or have done a RICS accredited postgraduate conversion course.
