Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager for one of UK's leading company's in the lift industry. The role has arisen due to expansion and they are looking to take on an experienced Project Manager who has Lift Industry experience.
You will be responsible for projects in the London/Greater London area and able to liaise with clients, suppliers, Site Managers and the engineering team to ensure the projects start and complete on time.
- The role will be office based twice a week then travelling to sites 3 days a week.
- The role is based in South East London.

Responsibilities: 3 years project management experience within the Lift industry environmental awareness Tool Box talk ensuring compliance with the company Quality Procedure and Manual Commercially experienced and competentStrong interpersonal skills to influence and manage all stakeholders Surveying, attending site and managing projects to completion Knowledge of Risk Assessment techniques Effectively lead and line manage project teams, including training, development and performance management Support the tender processes and strategy as required.
